1. Are Tendoraco products ready-made or made-to-order?
All Tendoraco products are made-to-order. Each item is printed specially after an order is placed, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing and production usually take 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
3. How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
No. Since all products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering.
8. When are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
